We take stock of the film and series releases to watch in June on the Amazon streaming platform.
Several new features can be seen in June on the platform streaming from Amazon. The event of the month will be the release of season 4 of The Boys, new episodes of which are posted weekly from June 13, 2024. On the series side, Prime Video subscribers will also be able to discover the first season of My Lady Jane, which revisits the tragic story of Jane Grey, Queen of England for nine days. The episodes can be discovered from June 27.
As for films, it is mainly documentaries that we will have to turn to, with the exception of the action comedy by Inès Reg The Infallibles which comes out on June 20. The same day, it will be possible to discover the documentary Federer’s last 12 days, which look back at the athlete’s farewell to the world of tennis. Note also that Prime Video is launching the Max streaming platform via its Prime Video Channels service. In a press release, Amazon announced that Warner pass subscribers will automatically have access to the entire catalog of the new site (and in particular HBO series) at no additional cost from June 11. For others, two offers are available to access Max via Prime Video: the Max Basic offer at 5.99 euros per month and Max Standard without advertising at 9.99 euros per month, with the possibility of adding offers Eurosport for 5 euros per month.
