(Finance) – The Board of Directors of De Nora Industriesan Italian multinational specialized in electrochemistry and leader in sustainable technologies, has appointed Luca Oglialoro as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Manager in charge of preparing the company’s accounting documents, starting from 10 June 2024.
As far as the Company is aware, as of today, Oglialoro does not own De Nora shares.
