Blu-ray & DVD launch: What is Dune 2 about and which home cinema versions are available?
Dune 2 picks up directly where Denis Villeneuve’s 2021 sci-fi hit Dune left off: House Atreides has fallen and the Harkonnens have once again taken control of the desert planet and its valuable raw material spice. However, Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet) and his mother Lady Jessica (Rebecca Ferguson) have survived and find refuge with the native Fremen people. There, Paul falls in love with Chani (Zendaya), learns to ride a sandworm and uses his status as a potentially prophesied messiah to launch a vengeful counterattack against his enemies.
