(Finance) – I funds present in the capital of Generali Assicurazioni have filed a minority list composed of suns independent candidates for the renewal of the Board of Directors at the next meeting of the Trieste Group. Four names: Roberto Perotti, Alice Bordini, Giuseppe Guizzi and Mariarosaria Taddeo.
Among the managers who presented the list, together owners of 0.6% of the share capitalof note are Anima Sgr, Arca Fondi Sgr, Bancoposta Fondi Sgr, Epsilon Sgr, Eurizon Capital Sgr, Eurizon Capital Sa, Fideuram Asset Management (Ireland), Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking Asset Management Sgr, Interfund Sicav, Kairos Partners Sgr and Mediolanum Gestione Funds.
In the meantime, the spotlight remains on the Generali Assembly, where the clash in the shareholding structure between the entrepreneurs Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone and Leonardo Del Vecchio and the current Board could come to light. A clash that has already led to the presentation of “separate” lists and the candidacy for CEO of Philippe Donnet, as an expression of the Board, and of Luciano Cirinà, supported by the Caltagirone-Del Vecchio couple, who also indicate Claudio Costamagna to the Presidency.
