(Finance) – Theshareholders’ meeting Of Borgosesiaa company listed on Euronext Milan which operates in the field of investments in alternative assets, has approved the balance 2023 and approved the distribution of a dividenddrawn from available reserves at a rate of 0.024 euros for each of the shares in circulation.
The dividend – which, exclusively for stock market purposes, must be classified as “ordinary” as the company intends, once the conditions are verified, to pursue an objective of constant remuneration for its shareholders in the future – it will be put into distribution on 24 July 2024 (value date) with ex-dividend date of coupon no. 54 (IT0003217335) on the previous 22 July (record date July 23, 2024).
