A newcomer to the galaxy of trade fairs and other pop culture conventions, the Paris Fan Festival will be held in Paris from May 7 to 8 inclusive at the Paris Event Center. Video games, cinema, TV series, comic books and Japanese culture are the main themes that you will find on site. To add some sparkle to our lives, the organizers have obviously planned to bring in a few celebrities like Matt Smith, currently on view in Morbius where he plays the role of the villain, but who we also saw in Doctor Who. He will be accompanied by Tyler Hoechlin, the actor who plays Superman / Clark Kent in the Superman & Lois series, but also Holly Marie Combs, the famous Piper Halliwell in the Charmed series. They will obviously be available for photos and dedications, for a fee however.
In terms of activities, a superhero exhibition is also planned, allowing you to discover costumes, vehicles and accessories, all made by film and special effects professionals (Parallel Life Studio). It will therefore be possible to see costumes of Spider-Man, Batman, Superman, but also Loki. There will even be an FX workshop, to present all the steps to create your own superhero costumes, from molding to finishing. And since we mentioned Batman, it will be possible to contemplate the Batmobile from Tim Burton’s 1989 film. The vehicle will be present and exhibited during the two days of the Festival.
