Gaming is no longer fun for him – games like League of Legends are to blame

Trymacs has made waves with controversial statements about competitive games like Valorant, League of Legends, and Counter-Strike, blaming these games for making him lose interest in gaming.

Why does Trymacs say gaming is no longer fun? In one of his last streams on Twitch, Trymacs talks about video games and clearly states that gaming, especially as a casual player, is no longer fun.

A few months ago he wasn’t bothered by the fact that he had to hit the ground running in a game, but things seem to be different now.

He blames this primarily on competitive games.

You can no longer relax on the couch

Which games spoil the fun for Trymacs? In his stream, he mainly talks about competitive games like Valorant, League of Legends, Counter-Strike or Fortnite. With such games, he is of the opinion that you can no longer relax on the couch and play a few rounds of multiplayer.

It seems to him as if you are no longer allowed to play the game properly, but rather have to train in order to be able to keep up.

As another example, he cites e-athletes, for example in Fortnite. Trymacs questions whether you can still have fun as a professional in a casual game.

Reactions from the community: The community reacts quite mixedly to Trymacs’ statements. There are some voices in a clip on TikTok about this topic that agree with him, but some particularly criticize the fact that Trymacs mainly lists competitive games.

Some users commented under the clip:

  • niquuu agrees with Trymacs: Unfortunately true
  • Krekon Ori comments: Congratulations. He lists 80% pure shooters.
  • ARBUZz notes: True, but if he has his Valorant MMR boosted on Immortal, then he doesn’t have to complain about only playing against Schwitzer.
  • This is not the first time that Trymacs has caused a stir with statements about the shooter Valorant. Especially at the beginning of his Valorant career, he attracted attention because he managed to reach the “Immortal” rank through friends.
