CoD MW3 Season 4 – Three brand new medium-sized maps

What new maps does Season 4 bring? Season 4 of CoD MW3 brings three brand new maps to multiplayer mode. Among other things, on the new maps you will experience the neon-colored nightlife in Tokyo, but also Paris, the city of light.

  • Tokyo: 6v6
  • new, at launch, medium-sized
  • Paris: 6v6
  • new, for launch, medium size
  • Incline: 6v6
  • new, for launch, medium size
  • During the course of the season, a Vortex variant of the map “Das Haus” will also be introduced into the multiplayer of CoD: MW3 as part of the Vortex playlist.

CoD MW3 Season 4 Zombies – New content for MWZ

What new content is there for MWZ? The zombie mode of CoD: MW3 also receives new content in Season 4. In the unstable “Rifts” you face violent waves of zombie hordes until everyone is killed – or they have overwhelmed you.

Only the first squad to reach the entrance to the special zone will be transported to the Rifts. However, several entrances will spawn per match. You can repeat the process as many times as you want once you find the entrance to a “rift”.

CoD MW3 Season 4 Battle Pass

What does the Season 4 Battle Pass include? The Season 4 Battle Pass brings you 110 pieces of unlockable content. When you purchase the pass you will immediately receive a Johnny “Soap” MacTavish skin. The content includes:

  • two new basic weapons (Kar98k in sector 5, Superi 46 in sector 6)
  • two new operators (Hammer and Void)
  • two new skinks for soap
  • new skins for Hammer, Soap, Hush, Ripper, Jet, Pathfinder, Nolan, Void, and Alpine

Season 4 brings new modes, weapons and components

New modes in Season 4 of CoD MW3

What new modes does Season 4 bring? With Season 4, four new modes will be added to the shooter, two of which will come at launch and two with the midseason update:

  • Demolition (Season Start): Demolition mode is similar to Search and Destroy, where teams take turns attacking and defending two bomb sites. However, unlike Search and Destroy, respawns are enabled here and attacking players always spawn with a bomb. The goal is to destroy the bomb sites.
  • Hyper Cranked (Season start): This is a team deathmatch variant in which you have to “chain” kills together. This means: You have to collect kills as quickly as possible in a period of time before the kill timer goes back to 0. Because that will cause you to explode.
  • Havoc (Mid Season): Havoc is based on the rules of team deathmatch, but killstreaks are disabled and numerous different modifiers come into the match. You will receive the first modifier shortly after starting, and you will receive more as your team collects kills. Mods can be something like: Low Gravity, Third Person Mode, Permanent Improved Drone.
  • Headshots Only (Mid Season): The mode is played on a small moshpit of maps and uses the rules of team deathmatch. Here, however, only headshots count as kills; other damage is not added. You can equip all perks, but all of them have to hit the head. You don’t even need to take melee weapons with you.
  • CoD MW3 Season 4: new weapons, aftermarket components and killstreaks

What new weapons does CoD MW3 Season 4 bring? There will be a total of four new weapons released with Season 4. You can unlock two of them at launch, including the popular Kar98k. Two more weapons will come into play in mid-season.

  • Superi 46 (Submachine Gun) – Coming at the start of the season, available through the Battle Pass Sector 6
  • Kar98k (DMR) – Coming at the start of the season, available through the Battle Pass Sector 5
  • Reclaimer 18 (Shotgun) – Coming mid-season
  • Sledgehammer (Melee Weapon) – Coming Mid-Season
  • What new aftermarket components are there? Additionally, there will be eight new aftermarket components in Season 4. The components allow unusual modifications for various weapons:

  • JAK Harbinger kit
  • Compatibility: M4 (MW2)
  • The M4 conversion kit is an extremely deadly weapon. The slow rate of fire, slower bullet speed and significantly higher recoil require a careful hand.
  • JAK Gunslinger
  • Compatibility: Basilisk Hand Cannon (MW2)
  • A frame and cylinder conversion that allows the revolver to accept eight rounds of .357 ammunition, with an exceptional increase in rate of fire and near-instantaneous trigger pull.
  • JAK Volkh
  • Compatibility: KV Inhibitor (MW3)
  • A stock and receiver modification that allows the weapon to fire two bursts that are highly accurate.
  • JAK Scimitar Kit
  • Compatibility: FJX Horus (MW3)
  • Improves SMG range and recoil and unlocks a larger magazine.
  • JAK-Thumper-656
  • Compatibility: RGL-80 (MW3)
  • An improved long barrel for the grenade launcher. Fires projectiles at higher speeds and over longer distances.
  • JAK-Requiem
  • Compatibility: Kastov 762 (MW2)
  • A balanced system that completely eliminates vertical recoil.
  • JAK Decimator
  • Compatibility: Lachmann Shroud (MW2)
  • This modification allows the Lachmann Shroud to fire on full automatic.
  • JAK Intimidator
  • Compatibility: Renetti handgun (MW3)
  • Transforms the Renetti into a single-shot weapon for more accurate shots.
  • What new killstreaks are there? Season 4 brings four new killstreaks to the shooter:

  • Intelligent Munitions Systems/ IMS (7 kills, 875 score): Explosives eliminate enemy personnel and vehicles within range. When triggered, it launches an explosive upward that locks onto its target and heads towards them.
  • Loitering Ammo (8 Kills, 1,000 Score): An unmanned missile-equipped drone that, when activated, selects the location with the largest number of viable targets to fire missiles at. Can be activated up to three times.
  • Missile Drone (1 kills, 1,375 score): A small, player-controlled drone that fires guided missiles.
  • DNA Bomb: The massive explosion can be triggered once you have collected enough kills without dying. The bomb eliminates all players on the opposing team, but does not end the match, like the “Nuke”, which can be activated with 30 kills.
  • CoD Warzone – Mysterious bomb and new Gulag variants

What’s new in Warzone in Season 4? The battles in Urzikstan, Rebirth Island, Fortune’s Keep and Vondel continue in Season 4. Although no major points appear to have changed, the discovery of a mysterious DNA bomb leaves you with little time to contain new threats.

There will also be a secondary “exit hatch” that will give your teams further opportunities to escape – if you solve the bunker puzzle. In addition, different Gulag silo variants create new possibilities for 1v1 duels.

The Buy Back Royale Solos mode returns with the Gulag disabled. Instead, you return to the match when you have enough money. Speaking of money: Call of Duty is more successful today than it will be in 2023, says Activision – despite the worst tests a CoD has ever had. More players were playing CoD: MW3 recently than at the same time last year.
