(Finance) – BasicNetcommunicated that from 13 to 17 May 2024, it has purchased 21,550 shares at the average price of 3,758 euros, for one countervalue equal to 80,988.57 eurosas part of the program for the purchase and disposal of treasury shares.
Following the purchases communicated, the Italian corporate group which operates in the clothing, footwear and accessories sector holds a total of 4,596,450 own shares, equal to 8.512% of the share capital.
In the meantime, on the Milanese stock exchange, the performance of BasicNetwhich stands at 3.77 euros, with an increase of 1.34%.
