When the action thriller Land of Bad appeared on Amazon Prime * in Germany at the end of April, it went straight into the streaming charts filling a void left by Reacher following the end of Season 2 earlier this year. The film by director William Eubank with an all-star cast also received good reviews on Rotten Tomatoes. Here Land of Bad received one Audience score of 94 percent.

Land of Bad director William Eubank: From indie film to action hit
Director William Eubank once again proves his skills with Land of Bad. The 41-year-old American celebrated his directorial debut in 2011 with extraordinary sci-fi drama Love. He gained greater fame in 2020 with the deep sea horror thriller Underwater, in which Kristen Stewart fighting for survival underwater. With Land of Bad, Eubank shows that he has mastered the action genre in addition to indie and horror material.
Eubank was also supposed to direct an adventure film. Back in 2016, Count was a new adaptation of Alexandre Dumas’ novel The earl of Monte Christo announced. Since then, the project has been quiet. Also in planning The Epiphany with Sylvester Stallone, who hunts a serial killer and has to deal with his unresolved past in the Catholic Church. We can’t wait to see what films we’ll see next from the talented director.
