Camera footage of the moment of murder was published at the last hearing of the case in which Kazakhstan’s former economy minister Kuandyk Bishimbayev is on trial for the murder of his 31-year-old wife Saltanat Nukenova. The moments when Bishimbayev attacked his wife with kicks and slaps were watched in the courtroom.
HE HIT HIS WIFE WITH KICKS AND FISTS
The former minister said he was innocent and claimed that he had nothing to do with his wife’s death. However, these claims were refuted by security camera footage. In the moments captured on the security cameras of the restaurant where Nukenova was found dead, Bishimbayev was seen hitting his wife with kicks and punches.
“MY DAUGHTER WAS TORTURED FOR 8 HOURS”
Nukenova’s mother said that her daughter was tortured for 8 hours and died due to brain trauma as a result of blows to her head.
