Peter “Foppa” Forsberg is a big hockey profile and has been a popular expert on Viaplay. He has together with the presenter Peter Jihde been on site in Ostrava as a studio expert.
Tre Kronor has toured and, after the USA, Poland and Germany, have four group stage matches left in Group B.
But now he has chosen to drop out of the studio expert assignment and will not be with the last two weeks of the tournament. Instead comes Mattias Norström and Hride Södergren to take over.
Peter Forsberg and Nicole Nordin separate
Therefore, Peter “Foppa” Forsberg is stepping down from the expert assignment
Instead of continuing with the expert job, Foppa will go to Stockholm together with his nine-year-old daughter Lily.
In Stockholm, he will mix benefit with pleasure and have business meetings, but also go with his daughter Lily on Taylor Swift-concert at Friends Arena.
– When I’m in Stockholm, I take the opportunity to put things together. Viaplay– I have had the job ready for a month and a half, so I took it with these conditions. I have promised my daughter to attend Taylor Swift-concert at Friends Arena for a long time, Foppa tells Sportbladet and continues:
– The sons Lennox and Diego has been allowed to go to the Champions League match Bayern Munich-Arsenal before, now it’s her turn to do something with dad.
“Foppa’s” new TV job: “Honesty most important”
Nicole Nordin’s sour words about Foppa’s money: “Fortunately…”
Then Foppa will come back again
The next time we see Foppa will be in the Stockholm studio from Tuesday next week. Then he will be there to see Tre Kronor play the last group stage match against Slovakia.
The job as an expert has inspired Foppa and given him a taste for the future. He loves the folk festival and the wonderful atmosphere around the whole WC.
– We have already seen that Tre Kronor has a team that will fight for the gold. It’s such an incredible draw around the whole WC, it’s sold out and fantastic atmosphere. For me, it has been fun to be close to hockey. I haven’t been to the WC for a few years, but it’s the same folk festival as always. Nice weather, life on the streets and people are happy, he tells Sportbladet.
