(Finance) – Saint Lawrence makes it known that Ferruccio Rossi he was appointed CEO of companies European foreign trade of the group. The agreement also provides the entrance by Ferruccio Rossi in the capital social of the same with a minority sharefor approval at the next Sanlorenzo Assembly scheduled for June.
At the same time as this new agreement and in line with its logic, Ferruccio Rossi presented the resignation from the Board of Directors of Sanlorenzo SpA today.
In the new role with operational base in the Principality of MonacoFerruccio Rossi will lead, through the new area Sanlorenzo Monaco Group with offices today in Monaco, Cannes and Palma, Sanlorenzo’s commercial development in the Principality, France and Spain through the companies:
Sanlorenzo Monaco SAM; Sanlorenzo Côte d’Azur SAS; Sanlorenzo Baleari SL.
