(Finance) – CONSOB communicated that, with resolution dated 21 March 2024, the contribution rate 2024 provided for issuers of financial instruments disseminated among the public to a significant extent. The rate goes from 17,825 euros to 4,455 euros, and the payment deadline has been postponed from 15 April 2024 to 15 May.
The aforementioned resolution, made executive with the Prime Ministerial Decree of 30 April, is being published on the Official Journal.
