(Finance) – It will be published tomorrow in the national and local newspapers of Sicily And Calabria the notice of establishment of the virtual drawer, a tool, provided for by Legislative Decree 35/2023, implemented with the aim of dematerializing the exchange of communications between the parties and facilitating access to the documents of the recipients of the expropriation procedures relating to the realization of the Bridge over the Strait of Messina. It is, we read in a note, an innovative tool whose use by the user is on a voluntary basis: in fact, starting from next 10 June the recipients of the procedures expropriative they will be able to express their desire to request its activation and use through a form that will be made available on the Stretto di Messina company website.
Also starting from 10 June 2024 it will be active, a support of those who wish to make use of the virtual draweran IT help desk service, contactable from Monday to Friday on the toll-free number 800766472.
“Even in this case – declared the CEO of the Company, Pietro Ciucci – the Strait Bridge project confirms itself as a vehicle for innovation, leading the way in the application of dematerialisation to a complex procedure such as that of expropriations. Obviously, the publication of this notice does not represent an acceleration of the expropriation procedures, it is a preparatory activity for the start of the implementation phase of the expropriations which will only be possible after the approval of the Final Project by the Cipess, scheduled for next autumn”.
