The Danish royal couple will arrive in Stockholm on the royal ship Dannebrog at 10 o’clock on Monday. The journey then continues in the royal sloop Vasaorden to Skeppsbron together with the Crown Princess and Prince Daniel, where they are received by the king and queen at Skeppsbron.
Several ministers from the Danish government are also on the state visit, including Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen and Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen. The purpose of the state visit is, among other things, to strengthen relations and cooperation within, among other things, security and defense policy.
