It was around 8pm on Friday evening that the incident occurred at Råssnäs in Motala. Police and ambulance were called to the scene. The man was taken to hospital and it is unclear what the injuries are.
The police are interviewing witnesses, knocking on doors and will carry out a technical examination of the scene.
– A large area is cordoned off, says Johnny Gustavsson, press spokesperson at the police.
At the moment, no suspect has been arrested.
