2024 has so far been a real dream year for Armand Duplantis, who is in great shape right now. At the beginning of the year, the Swedish world star won another WC indoor gold in the pole vault and recently he hit his eighth world record in his career.

During the outdoor premiere in Xiamen, China, “Mondo” raised the bar to 6.24 meters and managed the new record height already on the first attempt. An incredible statement of strength ahead of this summer’s big goal, which is the 2024 Olympics in Paris.

Duplantis is truly unstoppable right now and alone on the throne as the world’s best pole vaulter. He has had his girlfriend by his side Desire Inglander for several years now, they met in midsummer 2020 and now live together in Stockholm.
