(Finance) – Come true And Banca Popolare di Puglia e Basilicata (BPPB) they renew for the three-year period 2024-2026 the agreement for the distribution of personal loans of the Group company Believe me specialized in mortgages and consumer credit by the 109 branches of the historic popular credit institution of Altamura (Bari).
The consolidation of the strategic partnership, launched in 2021represents the culmination of the important results obtained in the first three years of collaboration, even more relevant considering the market scenario in which it developed, characterized by the difficulties linked to the pandemic, high inflation and the consequent growth in reference rates.
In more detail, from 2021 to 2023 there were more than 5,600 personal loans disbursed to over 4,600 BPPB customer families, for a total of 75 million euros. 56% of the loans were signed through the digital signature method, the use of which in 2023 reached 91% of the total procedures provided. This important result on the one hand guarantees the protection of the environment thanks to the total dematerialisation of the contractual documentation, on the other it allows the customer to halve the time needed to sign the contract, while at the same time making the operational activities of the branches more efficient.
The new agreement, explains a note, guarantees business continuity for the next three years for all 109 branches of Banca Popolare di Puglia e Basilicata, which will be able to continue distributing Avvera personal loans to all family customers of the Bank .
“The new agreement is theimportant culmination of the results achieved so farto consolidate the investments made by both parties in technological infrastructures, sales process, network training and knowledge of customers and territory”, declared Lorenzo Montanari, CEO and General Manager of Avvera. “Our objective is to continue to serve the customers of Banca Popolare di Puglia e Basilicata in an increasingly efficient and timely manner, replicating the production results achieved so far and even surpassing them” concluded Montanari.
“The renewal of the partnership,” he continues Francesco Paolo Acito, Deputy General Manager of Banca Popolare di Puglia and Basilicata,” allows you to strengthen our offering in order to further satisfy the needs of our customers. The use of digital processes aims to increase contact opportunities with customers, reducing service and interaction times and in line with our new Industrial Plan”.
