(Finance) – The Shareholders’ Meeting of CrowdFundMea Crowdinvesting portal (Equity Crowdfunding, Real Estate Crowdfunding and Private Debt), which met today in ordinary and extraordinary sessions, approved the financial statements as of 31 December 2023. Furthermore, the Assembly examined the 2023 consolidated financial statements of the Group and resolved the appointment of the new Board of Directors and the new Board of Statutory Auditors, and appointed the statutory audit of the accounts.
The Shareholders also resolved to carry forward the loss for the year amounting to -544,018 euros.
The Assembly appointed the new Board of Directors and the new college Union, both expiring with the approval of the budget for the 2023 financial year, determining the related compensation. The Assembly set the number of directors at 5. The Directors elected from the list filed jointly by the shareholders Tommaso, Chiara and Ludovica Baldissera Pacchetti, as well as by the shareholder Benedetto Pirro, are: Tommaso Adolfo Baldissera Pacchetti, Benedetto Pirro, Giovanni Loser,
Andrea Fernando Maffi, Gianluca Grugni.
Tommaso Adolfo Baldissera Pacchetti was confirmed as President of the Board of Administration.
The members of the Board of Statutory Auditors elected from the list filed jointly by the shareholders Tommaso, Chiara and Ludovica Baldissera Pacchetti, as well as by the shareholder Benedetto Pirro: Members: Paolo Salotto, Alessandro Saliva, Alberto Blotto, Alternates: Paolo Cristin and Matteo Devescovi.
Paolo Salotto was confirmed as President of the Board of Statutory Auditors.
The newly elected Board of Directors and Board of Auditors will remain in office for three financial years and therefore until the Assembly which will be called to approve the financial statements as of 31 December 2026.
