The Strongest team in Eemnes competition is held annually on King’s Day. The teams consisting of duos were given assignments today such as lifting a belt, throwing a bag, pulling a tractor and sawing trees. The crowd watched the efforts from behind the fences. Eemnessers Thijs Meijer and Jasper de Heus, dressed in orange T-shirts, won the competition. They can now call themselves the ‘strongest men in Eemnes’.
