Armand Duplantis has had a tasty start to the outdoor season. Last weekend he broke the world record with 6.24 in Xiemen, China, and as the Diamond League continued in Shanghai, he was close to his ninth career world record.
He won the event at 6 meters and then raised the bar to 6.25. There, the last and third attempts were absolutely the best.
