The notice comes into effect at 4 p.m. today, Thursday, April 25.
This applies to members in all regions of the country, as well as four municipal companies in Stockholm: Ambulance Hospital in Greater Stockholm, Södersjukhuset, Danderyd Hospital and Capio St. Göran Hospital.
The notice consists of overtime block, overtime block and new hire block. This means that members must not work overtime or overtime, and that the employer is not allowed to hire new employees within the Care Association’s professional groups.
Affected professional categories are midwives, biomedical analysts, radiology nurses and nurses including those with specialist functions and including managers.
The notification exempts operational managers and administrative managers or employees with the position of administrative manager and employees who regularly represent the employer in collective agreement negotiations.
Among the Vårdförbundet’s demands in the contract negotiations are increased wages and shortened weekly working hours.
