(Finance) – The shareholders’ meeting of 2i Rete Gasthe second Italian operator in the gas distribution sector which has started a preparatory process for listing on Euronext Milan, has approved the balance of financial year 2023 and approved the distribution of a dividend equal to 125 million euros.
The members also nominated the new one Board of Directors for the three-year period 2024-2026, confirming Ugo De Carolis (President), Carlo Michelini (Vice President), Francesco Forleo, Rosaria Calabrese, Carlo Maddalena, Stefano Gatti, Alessandra Polerà, Federica Rita Vasquez.
The Board of Directors confirmed Francesco Forleo CEO and General Manager.
2i Rete Gas – controlled by F2i SGR and owned by APG Asset Management and Ardian – manages approximately 72 thousand km of network in over 2,200 Italian municipalities, employing almost 2,200 people. As an alternative to listing on the stock exchange, in recent weeks there has also been talk of an interest from the big names in the sector Italgas.
