Sweden’s largest newspaper Dagens Nyheter raised by the president by Alexander Stubb featured the visit in his editorial.
According to the newspaper, Sweden could learn a lot from Stubb’s “optimistic realism” of Russia and the president Vladimir Putin regarding. The newspaper writes that instead of talking about the danger of war, Stubb wants to make sure that we are ready for it if necessary. Dagens Nyheter sees this as a sensible and pragmatic approach.
