The English streamer “ItsSlikeR” has cheated its viewers and fellow content creators out of a lot of money with touching stories. He’s permanently banned from Twitch, but he hasn’t completely disappeared.
What kind of streamer is this? The British streamer “ItsSlikeR”, or just “Sliker”, streamed regularly on Twitch from 2017 to 2022. He was mostly in Just Chatting, but also showed off Countert-Strike and roleplaying in GTA 5 Online.
Sliker had its peak period from the beginning of 2019 to mid-2021, when it consistently reached between 1,000 and 3,000 viewers. However, he lost viewers after being banned from role-playing server NoPixel in February 2021. Most recently he streamed in front of 600 to 800 fans.
However, that suddenly ended in September 2022 when the streamer Mikelpee published a clip in which Sliker asked a viewer for money. It came to light that Sliker had cheated fellow content creators and his fans out of up to 300,000 euros over a long period of time.
Streamers often come up with a few things to get money from their viewers:
Streamer even cheated on viewer with cancer
What kind of scam was that? For years, Sliker repeatedly borrowed money from supposed friends and viewers. He contacted us with messages in which he reported financial difficulties: For example, his bank account had been blocked and now he needed money to bridge the time – he could pay it back in two months, he promised.
In reality, Sliker gambled away the money he borrowed. The streamer later confessed to being addicted to gambling. It all started with CS:GO skins. He also planned to pay the money back, Sliker said at the time.
Apparently he had borrowed money in the hope of being able to multiply it by gambling and thus pay off his existing debts – but instead he kept losing more and more.

In this way he is said to have swindled his way into sums of up to five figures. The case made huge waves on Twitch: Sliker not only ripped off several fellow streamers, but also his own fans – including a viewer suffering from cancer (via GameStar).
The streamers xQc and Ludwig announced at the time that they would compensate Sliker’s victims at their own expense. But that takes time because it’s about $300,000.
What happened next? After the allegations against him came to light, Sliker largely disappeared from social networks. On January 26, 2023, he posted again for the first time on X, then still Twitter. The streamer thanked him for “a second chance (in life).”
It seemed like Sliker was planning his comeback on Twitch. However, that never happened because in February 2023 he was blocked from the streaming platform. Some had already called for the ban after his actions became known.
Sliker is now streaming on Kick and provokes on X
What is he doing today? Sliker is now streaming again, but on the controversial Kick platform, which is linked to the online casino Stake. Overall, the streaming platform is repeatedly accused of being too close to gambling.
However, Sliker appears to be staying away from the “Slots & Casinos” gambling category on Kick and instead streaming in Just Chatting. However, he only has 13,430 followers there – a far cry from his 432,000 on Twitch.
Sliker is also apparently trying to create a new image on X. There he posts, among other things, workout videos and raves about the late rapper 2Pac.
On April 16, 2024, Sliker made a name for himself again when he posted a picture showing him with the streamer Trainwreck and the YouTuber Zherka. He wrote: “Back when Twitch still had fun content creators. Now all I see is rainbows.” (via X)
The streamer presented the word “rainbows” as an emoji. This is considered a symbol for queer people and the LGBTQIA+ community.
For this swipe, however, Sliker immediately faced strong backlash:
Other users openly mocked Sliker’s misdeeds: If he needed money, he was welcome to reach out and just pay it back.
So it seems as if the Internet has not yet forgiven the streamer.
