(Finance) – Theshareholders’ meeting Of Restarta real estate company listed on Euronext Milan, has approved the proposal formulated by the shareholder Istituto Ligure Mobiliare concerning the modification of the company statute through change in company name from “Restart SpA” to the original name “Aedes Società Anonima Ligure per Imprese e Costruzioni per joint-stock” or, in abbreviated form, “Aedes Spa“.
Restart was born in 2028 following the split of Aedes into Aedes SIIQ (in the meantime delisted from Piazza Affari), for core real estate activities, and Restart, for trading and opportunistic activities.
The members also approved: the transfer of the registered office from Milan to Genoa; the adoption of the one-tier administration and control model based on a Board of Directors and a committee established within it called the Management Control Committee; the appointment of Director Giorgio Ferrari (already co-opted by the Board of Directors on 20 March 2024 following the resignation of a director) and restoring the number of members of the Board of Directors to nine.
