Roberto Cavalli, best known for his exotic animal prints and sandblasted jeans, fell asleep at his home in Florence on Friday after a long illness.
The design star has a long career behind her and has dressed stars such as Birgitte Bardot, Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian since the 1970s.
Among other things, he has also designed a leopard print Playboy Bunny uniform, and created a collection for H&M in 2007.
He leaves behind six children, the youngest he got as late as 2023 together with the Swedish model Sandra Nilsson.
Roberto Cavalli was 83 years old.
