Gets drivers license revoked and prosecuted

The speeding comedian in question is Måns Möller. It was in February that the comedian was caught driving 142 km/h on the 110 stretch, reports UNT.

The speeding was caught on video by the police, and since the speed violation was more than 30 km/h, Möller’s driver’s license could be seized on the spot.

However, the comedian chose not to admit the speeding directly on the spot. Instead, he received a penalty notice, and the speeding charge proceeded to investigation and prosecution.

Don’t show up for questioning

However, when it came time for questioning, Möller did not appear, and when the police caught up with him over the phone, he chose to deny the crime.

Now Måns Möller has been prosecuted for speeding, and will probably be fined SEK 3,600 in addition to the revoked driving license.

The case will be settled without a main hearing as it is a minor offence, according to the rules on speedy proceedings in criminal cases. How long Måns Möller’s driver’s license will be revoked will be determined by the Swedish Transport Agency.

Drive a sporty hatchback from Mercedes

According to UNT, the car that Måns Möller was driving at the time was a Mercedes, and a quick look at the car register shows that such a car is indeed registered to the comedian.

It is about a Mercedes-AMG A45 S from 2020, which is a sporty hatchback with a whopping 421 horsepower under the hood. The 0-100 sprint is completed in just 3.9 seconds, and the top speed is 270 km/h.

In other words, the car has good resources for speeding.
