Malin Stenbäck felt that several of the guys handled the discussion “unreasonably”, as they did not question what was said by Amir. Malin says in Nyhetsmorgon that she thinks it is important to take responsibility for what is said among men in groups. But Malin points out that she has not apologized to Amir.

– I haven’t apologized to him because I don’t think I have anything to apologize for. What I told him was that I want us to part as friends, even though we think differently and then he said yes. Then we hugged and said goodbye, says Malin Stenbäck in Nyhetsmorgon.

Amir: Been drinking for nine hours

In an interview with The evening paper Amir defends his comment by saying that they had been drinking alcohol for nine hours and that the program is biased.

In a telephone conversation with Nyhetsmorgon, Amir Ibrahim says that he has endured a lot of hate and threats after the episode aired this week. Amir also tells Nyhetsmorgon that he was misled by the television production, when he felt that he made the comment about the guys who had dressed up as drag show artists.

– The week has been overwhelming even for me, but I can also get stressed by the power when something like this gets going. Hate is never okay. We must be allowed to think differently, say inappropriate things and then apologize. You must not be nasty to anyone, then we are just as stupid, says Malin Stenbäck in Nyhetsmorgon.
