Areas that trigger sexuality… Suggestions to activate sexual desire

Areas that trigger sexuality Suggestions to activate sexual desire

For sexual intercourse desire, it is usually aimed to increase libido. There are many ways to increase libido, but this varies from person to person. Instead of increasing the libido alone, you can make some changes in your life for a happy sex life and make everything right.

AT 44 YEARS OLD, THEIR SEXUAL LIVES END!

According to research by YouGov in the UK, only a quarter of couples have sex each week. By age 44, nearly one-fifth of couples do not have sexual intercourse at all. So what do you need to do to spice up your sex life? Here are suggestions from relationship therapists…

“Emphasizes Sexuality Trigger Zones”

They’re obviously very comfortable, but it’s time to put those huge Bridget Jones underwear aside! They also have a time and a place. Start by removing the lacy sets that are rotting in the back of your drawer.

Sex and relationship expert Susan Quilliam says that sexy lingerie is mostly made of smooth or soft material that can stimulate you emotionally.

“This type of underwear is usually designed to visually highlight the sexual trigger areas on your body,” says Quilliam. “It makes you feel good by stimulating your libido.”

PILATES IS NOT JUST PILATES

A healthy body, a healthy mind, a healthy sex life complement each other. Pilates may not be the first thing that comes to mind when you’re hoping to quickly increase your libido, but just a little stretching can get the blood flowing to the genitals.

“Pilates not only gives you the tools to build a stronger body, it also helps you build a more positive relationship with your body, including a stronger abdominal and pelvic floor, which is essential in the bedroom,” says Pilates instructor Rebecca Convey.

According to Convey, getting regular exercise that strengthens your core (the area between the lower rib cage and the hipbone) and pelvic floor will also increase your endurance in the bedroom over time.

The trainer recommends one leg stretch for a quick release of endorphins (the happiness hormone) that will stimulate sexual desire. For this, lie on your back and pull your knees to your chest while pulling your abs in.

EVERYTHING STARTS WITH THE EYES

Do you remember how your eyes met for the first time with your partner? With a little “eye sex”, create the excitement in the beginning of your relationship and increase your desire.

“An eye contact will re-establish the physical bond between you and remind your body and heart that you are a loving couple,” says sex and relationship expert Susan Quilliam. “Libido develops with emotional intimacy.”

SEX IS NOT JUST THE DESTINATION, IT’S A JOURNEY

The idea of not prioritizing orgasm may sound a bit odd, but experts say the priority is good sex. You may feel particularly pressured if reaching orgasm is something that doesn’t happen that often for you.

According to a study, 42 percent of men and 35 percent of women make reaching orgasm their main goal during sexual intercourse. While 75 percent of men reach orgasm in every intercourse, this rate is 28 percent for women.

So “Instead of stubbornly chasing after the big orgasm, try letting yourself go,” says Susan Quilliam. “Remember, sex is about the journey, not just the destination!”

Quilliam also says that removing orgasmic sex from the mind will refocus on awakening foreplay.
