As soon as dB’s leaves the building on Cartesiusweg, it will receive 700,000 euros from the partnership that is developing the Cartesiusdriehoek into a residential area. That move is scheduled for May 1 of this year. But in the meantime, dB’s has to pay the bills for the renovation. That’s where things went wrong, the money wasn’t in the bank. That is why the municipality has advanced that amount. That is something that happens very rarely, and that is why the municipal council was critical of Alderman Eerenberg.
