The US and Israel are to discuss the Biden administration’s alternative to the Israeli army’s planned invasion of Rafah at a digital meeting, US and Israeli sources tell Axios.
According to the information, White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan will be the top official on the American side of the meeting, which is to be held on Monday.
The US has previously announced that it opposes the planned Rafah invasion.
