The first statement from Russia after the NATO Summit came from Foreign Minister Lavrov. “(Westerners) have declared an all-out, hybrid war against Russia,” Lavrov said.
Lavrov made statements at the Gorchakov Diplomat Foundation meeting held in the capital Moscow.
