– It feels like I played in front of thousands of my best friends. It really meant a lot. An incredible experience, I have never experienced anything like it before, says Collins, who grew up and lived in Florida.
In the final against fourth-ranked Jelena Rybakina, Collins won in straight sets with the numbers 7–5, 6–3.

Collins, ranked 53rd in the world, has previously won two other minor titles on the WTA tour.
