Elon Musk already seems sure of his vote for the US presidential election. His latest tweet leaves little room for doubt.
Elon Musk seems to have chosen his side for the American presidential election which will take place next November. The boss of Space X and Tesla has decided to support the Republican camp, led by Donald Trump. However, he did not mention the candidate and mentioned the party in the form of a metaphor on Twitter, but this is nevertheless without any ambiguity.
He, in fact, declared that the United States needed a “red wave”, a reference to the colors of the party as well as the election to the House of Representatives and the Senate. Americans will also be called to the polls to elect 435 members of the House of Representatives and 33 senators. If the businessman recalls that he previously voted Democratic, he believes that today without the Republicans the country is “damaged”.
I voted 100% Dem until a few years ago.
Now, I think we need a red wave or America is toast.

Ambivalence on the case of Donald Trump
Since the beginning of March, Elon Musk has been suspected of financing Donald Trump’s campaign. The suspicions come in particular from the meeting between the boss of Space New York Times. He responded to the accusations on
Elon Musk even allowed Donald Trump to return to his social network, ensuring that he had not “transgressed the law or violated the regulations”. He has also spoken out on several occasions to denounce the actions of Joe Biden. He notably described his immigration policy as a “betrayal”.
However, he was not the first supporter of the return of Donald Trump. As recalled Le Figaro, in November 2022, the boss of Tesla supported Ron DeSantis for the Republican primaries considering the former president already too old. The governor of Florida had finally given up.
