Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) Director Aleksandr Bortnikov made a statement to journalists after the extended meeting of the Russian Prosecutor’s Office. Answering a question about whether the USA, England and Ukraine were behind the terrorist attack in Moscow, Bortnikov said: “We think it is so. We are already talking about the invoice we have. “This is general information, but they also make great profits,” he said.
Stating that those who carried out the terrorist attack in Moscow were planning to go to Ukrainian territory, Bortnikov stated that they had preliminary information that these people were expected in Ukrainian territory. Bortnikov stated that those who carried out this attack on Ukrainian territory wanted to be welcomed as “heroes” and stated that the instigator of the terrorist attack has not yet been determined.
Saying that Ukraine is trying to prove itself, Bortnikov said: “What needs to be done to prove your existence? Sabotage and terrorist acts need to be carried out in the background, which is what both Ukrainian intelligence and British intelligence managers aim for. American intelligence services have also talked about this issue many times.” said.

FSB Director Bortnikov also claimed that Ukraine was preparing and training militants in the Middle East, and stated that the people from different nations fighting on the front against Russia were an indication of this.
Bortnikov stated that the USA conveyed information to Russia about a possible terrorist attack and that this was taken into consideration, but stated that this information was of a general nature.
Underlining that Russia will respond to the terrorist attack in Moscow, Bortnikov emphasized that everyone involved in this attack will be found and punished.
Pointing out that the danger of terrorism in the country continues, Bortnikov reminded that the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) continues to prevent terrorist attacks. Bortnikov also stated that the Ukrainian intelligence agency SBU should be recognized as a terrorist organization.
Additionally, Bortnikov responded to a question about Ukrainian Military Intelligence Chief Kirill Budanov and other intelligence officials by saying, “Those who commit crimes against Russia and Russian citizens are legitimate targets.”

ENGLAND REJECTED THE CLAIMS
British Foreign Secretary David Cameron described Russia’s claims that the West and Ukraine were behind the terrorist attack on the “Crocus City Hall” concert hall in Moscow as “nonsense”.
In his post on his X account, Cameron stated that the allegations that the West and Ukraine were behind the terrorist attack in Moscow were “complete nonsense”.
Minister Cameron said, “We support the statements of the USA, which clearly state that DAESH is the sole responsible for this attack.” he said.

A terrorist attack was carried out by armed men at the “Crocus City Hall” concert hall in Moscow, the capital of Russia, on the evening of March 22.
In the images shared on social media, it was seen that the attackers opened fire randomly in the hall with automatic weapons.
The Russian Investigative Committee announced that 139 people lost their lives in the attack, and more than 100 were injured in the incident.
