Three people have been arrested on suspicion of involvement in the murder at a restaurant in Fittja in Botkyrka, where a man in his 30s was shot to death last Thursday evening.
– The court has today decided that three people are to be detained on probable grounds suspected of murder. Charges must be filed by April 22 at the latest, says prosecutor Niksa Lucic.
The prosecutor does not want to provide any further details about the case or the state of the evidence, citing that the case is covered by confidentiality.
– In some cases, the court has the possibility to decide on confidentiality protection for the identity of detained persons. For example, if the persons or their relatives may be exposed to danger if the identity is revealed. In this individual case, I cannot go into more detail about why the court has decided on confidentiality, says Lucic.
The three – a man in his teens and two boys in his teens – were arrested overnight Friday. The detention proceedings were held at Södertörn district court.
