(Finance) – Italian Exhibition Groupwith reference to the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedbetween 11 and 15 March 2024 inclusive, in the aggregate 10,843 own ordinary shares for a countervalue equal to 52,655.41 euros.
Following the purchases communicated, as of 15 March the Company active in the organization of trade fairs and conferences holds 319,000 own shares, equal to 1.03% of the share capital.
On the Milanese price list, today, a fractional increase for Italian Exhibition Groupwhich achieved a modest profit of +1.05%.
