On March 7, Sweden became a full member of NATO and became the 32nd country to join the defense alliance.
Because of this, the Riksdag and the government are now holding a NATO ceremony at Riksplan in Stockholm.
The King, Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson and Speaker Andreas Norlén will all speak at the ceremony. Commander-in-Chief Micael Bydén, ministers in the government and members of the Riksdag will also be present.
