(Finance) – With reference to the public takeover offer (OPA) totalitarian voluntary on the actions of Tod’san Italian luxury house listed on Euronext Milan, the bidder announced that it has purchased 28,451 shares in the session of March 15th at a weighted average price of 43 euros. The transactions were carried out through JP Morgan Securities, it said in a statement.
It is specified that the purchase transactions were carried out at a unit price per Tod’s share not exceeding 43 eurosi.e. the consideration offered for each Tod’s share in the context of the takeover bid.
Following the purchases made today, L Catterton holds a total of 2,622,699 Tod’s shares, representing the 7.925% of the share capital of Tod’s.
