It was on January 14 that a 45-year-old man was found dead in a wooded area by Österängen in Jönköping. A preliminary investigation into murder was launched and later a young man was arrested on suspicion of murder.
Now four more men in their 20s have been requested to be detained on suspicion of the same crime. The degree of suspicion is the higher – on probable grounds.

All four are natives of Jönköping municipality and several of them are already known to the police.
One person released
A fifth person who was arrested earlier this week has, however, been released.
The detention proceedings take place in Jönköping district court on Friday.
Prosecutor Maria Lundberg has been tight-lipped about the investigation.
– Injuries to the body indicate blunt force by another person, she previously told SVT.
