Putin has previously said that Russia will increase the number of military units near the border.

In the interview, Putin also took a stand on the inflamed relations with the United States.

According to him, Russia is still ready for nuclear war if its sovereignty is threatened, but right now, according to him, it doesn’t seem like the situation is rapidly escalating in that direction.

Putin, who is believed to win in Russia on March 15–17. presidential elections in March, still vowed that Russia would achieve its goals in Ukraine.
