“Antikrundan”, which is based on the British BBC program “Antiques Roadshow”, started on SVT back in 1989. Since then, the production has traveled around the country and kingdom several times to look at and value objects.
Ever since 2007 has Richard Thuner has been one of the experts in the program and over the years he has received several happy shouts from viewers.
– It’s a very kind program, so most people you meet who take the time to talk to you are very positive and nice. They can emphasize that the program is good and important, while at the same time they have some wishes regarding the program. “More of this” and “less of this”.

That is why Rickard Thunér does not want to reveal the dream object in Antikrundan
Even though Rickard Thunér, during all the years he has been in the program, got to look at and value several impressive antiques, there are still dream objects that he would have liked to see in “Antikrundan”.
But what kind of object it is, Thunér does not want to reveal.
– I don’t really dare to wish for anything in particular, because then it feels like it becomes a curse and it never appears.
You think you’re jinxing it then?
– Yes exactly. But every season there are always some things that are very nice and then you have to have a bit of luck and a bit of skill to be the one who gets to handle them and not someone else, Thunér says with a laugh and continues:
– So I choose not to answer. I don’t want to jinx it.
