This is what emerges from the CONSOB communications relating to significant shareholdings, where it is reported that the operation dates back to 1 March 2024 and the shareholding is held through the company Ibox SA.
Giglio Group communicated to November 2023 there sale of the entire capital of Ibox SA. With registered office in Lugano, Ibox SA is a company in the e-commerce service provider sector with particular reference to the fashion sector, as well as in the production and distribution of films, TV series and documentaries distributed in cinemas, on television and on platforms OCT.
