Opening Bell out of tune for Wall Street

(Finance) – Wall Street moves fractionally lower, with the Dow Jones which is leaving 0.28% on the floor, while, on the contrary, theS&P-500, which continues the session at 5,129 points, on the previous day’s levels. Slightly down Nasdaq 100 (-0.24%); as well as a fractional decrease in theS&P 100 (-0.29%).

Sales dominate in the first session of the week after the run of the last eight weeks which brought Wall Street to historic highs. Investors’ attention remains focused on the stability of the American economy and the monetary policy of the Federal Reserve.

We are also looking ahead to the “Super Tuesday” of the American presidential primaries, in which Democratic and Republican voters will go to the polls in 15 states to vote for their presidential candidates in November.
