The decision is torn up – Donald Trump is allowed to appear on ballots in Colorado.
Donald Trump’s name may not be removed from ballots in Colorado due to the storming of the Capitol, the US HD decides, reports TT.
In Colorado, among others, voters have demanded that the ex-president be removed from the ballots, citing the 14th amendment to the constitution. That amendment prohibits people who supported an insurgency from standing for election.
But now the decision is overturned by the Supreme Court and Donald Trump can be on the ballot in the state. The court was unanimous.
