(Finance) – Restartreal estate company listed on Euronext Milan, has registered total revenues equal to 0.1 million euros in 2021, compared to 5.8 million euros at 31 December 2020. Sales revenues in 2020 included income from the sale of real estate investments and real estate inventories, substantially nil at 31 December 2021. L ‘EBITDA is negative for approximately 1.7 million euros, compared to negative 1.1 million euros at 31 December 2020. operating loss it stands at 2.6 million euros compared to a loss of 1.8 million euros a year earlier.
The net financial liabilities of the group at 31 December 2021 are positive for 4.4 million euros, compared to 3.9 million at 31 December 2020 and include lease payables for 0.2 million (1 million at 31 December 2020). The NAV of the Restart group at 31 December 2021 is equal to 10.6 million euros. The NAV does not include the valuation of previous tax losses of approximately 218 million euros.
