The World Cup is rounded off with two race weekends in Soldier Hollow, USA, and Canmore, Canada.
Sweden has an extra place on the women’s side due to Anna-Karin Heijdenberg’s top ten placing in the IBU Cup.
“This extra place means a lot because we have such a strong women’s team, Anna-Karin Heijdenberg showed good form in Oslo on her World Cup debut and it will be fun to follow her for the next two weeks,” says sports director Anna-Maria Uusitalo.
Sara Andersson and Stina Nilsson are also involved. Nilsson made his first World Cup competition since the premiere in Holmenkollen last week and shot nine clears and was ten minutes behind the winner in the distance race. Despite that result, she gets a second chance.
