(Finance) – In the 2023 financial year of BetterThis, phygital marketplace which offers services and products through an integrated platform between physical and digital channels, closed in 2023, a Production value in the range 87-89 million euros (79.3 million euros at 31 December 2022)
EBITDA stands in a range of 2-3.5 million euros, down 80.2% compared to 11.8 million euros in 2022; the EBITDA margin stood at 2.3%, down compared to 14.9% in 2022, as a result of incorrect planning at the beginning of the 2023 financial year of the fixed costs estimated for a turnover exceeding 100 million euros , which had a negative impact on the Group’s margins, especially in the second part of the year when the initial hypotheses did not materialize.
Adjusted EBITDA, net of extraordinary and non-recurring items, is in the range of approximately 5-6 million euros (13.1 million euros in 2022). The EBITDA adjusted margin is approximately 6% (EBITDA adjusted margin equal to 14.9% in 2022).
Net Financial Debt (IFN) falls in the range of 31-33 million euros, (as of 30 September 2023, equal to 34.4 million euros).
